HOMEMADE FRESH PASTA, RISOTTO AND PIZZA

There’s not much that beats fresh pasta.
We make ours with high-quality durum wheat semolina and water in various forms, including spaghetti, linguine, tagliatelle, campanella, penne and fusilli. We also make pasta from whole grain spelled (which, in case you haven’t tried it yet, we highly recommend).

Since everything is prepared to order from the very beginning, in our open kitchen, you can personalize your dish exactly to your liking. A little more hot chili? Of course. No garlic? No problem. More shrimp? Done.

Our pizza dough, sauces, salad dressings and desserts are handmade by us every day.
